Life Focus Transitions

Introducing Our New Program!

Life Focus Transitions (LiFT) supports young adults with neurodivergent minds as they step into life and develop the skills necessary to attain autonomy in determining and managing their lives. It supports young adults still working on their High School diploma and those taking the next steps after their diploma with independent living skills, ongoing course work in college or trade, and vocational development. The LiFT program is connected to the successful New Focus Academy adolescent program created by Dr. Brandon Park and John Webb.

Life Focus Transitions

New Focus Academy and Life Focus Transitions specialize in helping to support the autonomy and growth of those who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or similar neurodevelopmental difficulties.
