Adam is a Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from Utah Valley University. He is passionate about working with teens and believes deeply in meeting each individual exactly where they are. Adam’s approach is grounded in the belief that people are the experts of their own lives, and he sees his role as a guide in helping them reconnect with their values and inner strengths.
Drawing on evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Adam empowers young people to uncover their own capacity for change and resilience. He has a strong interest in trauma-informed care and integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed techniques to support individuals in cultivating Self-leadership, compassion, and healing.
Adam discovered his passion for mental health while serving for six years as a mechanic in the Marine Corps Reserve, where he witnessed firsthand the importance of emotional well-being and inner strength. Outside of his work as a therapist, Adam enjoys hiking, lifting weights, and getting lost in the worlds of science fiction and fantasy. He’s also an avid tabletop wargamer and finds joy in painting the miniatures—combining creativity, focus, and a love for storytelling.
Adam brings authenticity, respect, and a strengths-based perspective to his work, creating a safe and supportive environment for personal growth and meaningful transformation.
