Greta Gokey

English Language Arts/Social Studies Teacher

Greta Gokey, a dedicated English Language Arts/Social Studies teacher, holds a Utah Professional Educator License with endorsements in Language Arts, Social Studies Composite, and English as a Second Language. Originally from Idaho Falls, Idaho, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Anthropology with a minor in Chemistry from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Greta furthered her education at the University of Utah, Asia Campus, and earned her Master’s Degree in Public Health. After teaching students in South Korea and Japan,  Greta returned to the United States with a diverse knowledge and experiences of education and mental health, helping students thrive at New Focus Academy.
